In Difficult Times A Nation Must Tug As One
The query remains, “Where is healthcare funding going to come from?” The reserves are almost depleted, and the numbers required to keep everything going keep increasing. It is definitely not a dilemma that will have a rapid and simple fix, but one that must be addressed with all due haste. For the thousands who do not have any insurance protection, medical healthcare funding is an important component of what the administration is trying to achieve. The trouble, as most often exists in politics, is that everybody concerned wants to get some personal benefit on any laws that pass.
Some factions think that the only contingent that gains from laws to assist in hospital expenses are the unlawful aliens camping out in the country. This is a worry for any American who pays taxes, but is the genuine issue who will benefit from the laws and who will not? With an unprecedented change in the whole fabric of the society because of poor lending practices and wars on distant land, many citizens are unemployed or underemployed. Those who are fortunate enough to retain a living to pay expenses and stay afloat practically appear to be in the minority. In addition,, a sizeable number of the unprotected are individuals who were once a vital part of the commerce backbone of this country.
The foundation of this nation goes back to men and women who held to the truth that all who would contribute to the whole were a piece of the whole, and when any portion of the whole had a trouble, the whole had the same. If this country turns its back on those in need, then it has deserted the whole theology that made a unified nation the envy of the remainder of the world. Steadfastness in the face of adversity has long been the American way, and that seems to be easily forgotten when times are good for an extensive time. Now that the smooth sailing is difficult to come by, the traditional creed of assisting each other is even more vital.
Everyone isn’t accountable for the actions that led to the current state of affairs, but pointing fingers does not solve anything. It’s certain that both major political parties have contributed in some way to the state of affairs in this country. It seems that numerous politicians spend more time attempting to prove the other party in the wrong than they do trying to fix the problem. The overall function of this nation and any other is a combination of good and bad decisions made at all tiers of accountability. It’s not like the cow that started the Chicago fire; nobody can isolate one instance and say that is where it all started.
The identical thing remains true for solving the predicament and getting the nation back on the path to profitability. Everyone has to unite for the whole. A leader cannot make the whole thing right again, only attempt to direct the traffic. Each individual has the responsibility to perform a part, and that part is not pointing at the speck in somebody else’s eye.
