Exercising is one of those things that all people do, in one form or another.

Getting up and walking to the fridge for another beer?

Yup, a kind of exercise, but not really going to give you any benefits as you’re going to add more calories into your body than the exercise consumes, and this is the very essence of what exercise is all about. Burning calories, fat and carbohydrates.

When your already fit, at that ideal body weight with your exact fat to muscle ration, you will probably start thinking about how to gain muscle mass on your frame. Not as simple as it sounds, folks.

Plenty of people go to the gym, pump iron for two or three hours, four or five times a week, and end up losing more weight without any increase in muscle. This is simply because like everything else out there in the weird wide world there’s a right way and a wrong way to do things.
